The Cap Is Removed, Upside Down, Next To The Top Fill Port. Just Above The Port And Cap Is A Steel Bar That Can Slide Out After Removing The Holding Screws. There Is A Retainer Just Above The Cap That Holds The Bar. Once The Bar Is Removed, The H.D.P.E. Container Can Be Removed For Recycling.
