1932
Elmer R. White started the ‘White Bottle & Can Co’ down on the Ohio River in a modest 10,000 square.
1945
White Container Company was incorporated on December 20th, 1945. Elmer White hired Halley.
1950
Halley J. Taylor became the President of White Container Company on January 2nd, 1950.
1957
Halley Taylor purchased the company from Elmer White and renamed it to ‘Cincinnati Container.
1960
Jack Taylor (Halley Taylor’s oldest son) became President on December 29th, 1960.
1966
Mildred Taylor (Halley Taylor’s only daughter) became a part owner, along with her three brothers, on January 1st, 1966.
1967
Thomas E. Taylor (Halley Taylor’s middle son) became President on January 1st, 1967.
1972
Gerald W. Taylor (Halley Taylor’s youngest son) took over as President on November 16th, 1972.
Mildred Johnson became the Vice President of the company on November 16th, 1972.
1979
Wallace Weiss, a long-time friend and confidante of Mildred, took over as President of the company on June 29th, 1979.
1988
Paul Johnson (Mildred’s son) took over leadership of the business as President on May 1st, 1988.
2022
Lauren Johnson-Lake (Paul’s daughter) took over leadership on the business as President on May 1st, 2022.
